David Bailey Furniture Systems – Furniture for Schools
Our focus on education and school furniture systems combined with over 35 years expertise in designing, manufacturing and installing nationwide, ensures that we can meet your project requirements.
With a UK manufacturing centre in Broadstairs, Kent, supported by an extensive team of UK fitters, we deliver high quality service on very installation.
Working closely with architects and building contractors we deliver an end-to-end project management solution, combining exceptional craftsmanship with flexibility, reliability and customer service.
Flexibility is extended further with our comprehensive range of fixtures and fittings which can be specified easily using our technical CAD drawing templates.
Our products are specified by a wide range of architects and installed across education facilities including nursery, primary, secondary, college, universities and special needs.
Recent projects include the manufacture and installation of fitted school and classroom furniture for fifteen mini-kitchen workstations in three food technology classrooms at Yateley School, the largest secondary school in North East Hampshire, teaching over 1500 students, aged from 11 to 16.
We also aided in the design of fifteen rooms being refurbished at Clore Shalom, a faith school in Hertfordshire, which served years one through six, including classrooms, reception areas and wet areas. Bespoke storage units had to be engineered in such a way as to sit with the school’s sloping roofs. We also created bespoke faced sides for base units in a royal and light blue colour scheme to complement the school’s colours. The school’s head teacher said “I was in school most of the week the refurbishment work was being carried out and I was very impressed with the hard working, helpful and polite attitude of David Bailey’s staff. I left before the final clear up on Friday, but returned to find David Bailey had left the rooms spotless. I’m really pleased with the fitted furniture that was installed; it looks great around the school.”
