At Serco, we have many years’ experience of working with senior leaders including headteachers, deputy and assistant headteachers, leadership teams, business managers, children’s centre leaders, support staff and governors on a daily basis. We have trained over 16,000 school and academy leaders across England and Wales, from those in the early stages of leadership development to those with extensive leadership experience.  More recently (since 2018) we have developed a range of apprenticeships for schools.

Training Opportunities

Serco Education has a range of apprenticeship training opportunities available, including:

• Level 3 – Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship
• Level 4 – School Business Professional Apprenticeship
• Level 6 – Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship
• Level 7 – Senior Leader Apprenticeship for School Business Professionals

We also offer a number of opportunities in Special Educational Needs (SEN) and School Business Manager (SBM) fields.

Each of our training opportunities can be completed to obtain an accreditation through the ILM, CMI, TQUK or the University of Hertfordshire (awarding body dependent on course completed).
