3BM is an architectural practice based in London with a team of 34 full time staff delivering projects across the education, public and community sectors. As part of the RSK Group, we benefit from a national network of offices and access to a broad range of multi-disciplinary consultancy services.
This allows us to draw upon specialist expertise as required, including project management, planning, sustainability, transport, ecology, landscape architecture, engineering and cost consultancy, enabling a coordinated and integrated approach to complex projects.
Since our inception in 2013, education has remained a key area of focus for the practice. Our experience spans school improvement programmes for local authorities, technical advisory roles supporting Department for Education (DfE) funded initiatives, and the design and delivery of new-build schools and specialist educational facilities. We have also worked directly with colleges and universities on estate strategies, campus redevelopment programmes and expansion projects. Through our close working relationship with Fusion Project Management, we can also support clients in identifying potential funding opportunities, developing investment strategies and aligning project aspirations with available funding streams.
